My flights were cancelled due to Covid situation. Initially, I was contacted for reschedule code, but I never received one. My flight was scheduled for April *, **** and now today its August *, ****. The Ethiopian Airlines have provided the reschedule code, and emailed Goibibo copying me for rescheduling but Goibibo is not taking any action. Emails (more than ** now) are not responded and contact numbers are not operating. If by chance I get connected, they raise a ticket and mark it as resolve in ** hours without any action. Fed up.
