This is my order no Solo******** dated */*/**** of Rs **** which was carelessly delivered on **/*/**** to another person for which I had not instructed. Since I was out of town, I came back today and confirmed now in the app as asked about receiving it today and it showed me as **/*/**** as last day of return/refund. But after some time it is showing expiry of the return date. I want a refund as all sides sent are wrong and not as per I ordered. I am very familiar with this online trade and don't try to trick me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
