Ankit Jindal filed complaint against Myntra on Aug 3, 2022

I have ordered a Black Peter England Shirt which was delivered to me in different colour Dark Green on **th July. I had raised the exchange request on app for which I received a message that 'there is no pickup service for this product and you have to self-shipment for return and will receive email confirmation on the same along with asking for bank details to refund the amount'.
I had made the courier service arranged on **th July **** and the product was returned to the Myntra Delhi warehouse on **th July **** via DTDC courier service having transaction tracking id #Z********.
Since the unfortunate day of the self-shipment, i haven't received any update from Myntra or its customer care on the refund or if they have received the package. I have been continuously calling up the support team and engaging with them through the mobile application and repeatedly shared the transaction tracking id of the DTDC courier.
Since **th July ****, I have been told one thing wait for *-* days and receive a message that the issue is resolved whereas, in reality, they do not have any clue what is happening.
This is so frustrating to wait for an update of hard-earned money being lost in the purchase of an item that has not been received.
