Srilekhya Dinavahi filed complaint against Swiggy on Aug 5, 2018
From the last three orders I have always had either items missing or send other issues regarding my orders at swiggy . But today I have had it enough as money from my bank has been deducted but my order wasn't placed . I tried contacting swiggy for **-** times but there hasn't been any response. Irrespective of all this the last time I called the company regarding my issues instead of refunding the money or addressing to it , the company chose to lure me into taking their gift coupons and asked me to avoid the issue. I have the proof of money being deducted from my account but I have received no reply from Swiggy .
