Travolook - No refund of air ticket

Sub:-Non refund of payment due to cancellation of flight booking
Reference :*) REF*********. *) REF*********. *)REF*********. *) REF*********. *)My mail to you dated **rd and **th March in respect of non receipt of payment of all above booking cancelations. *) My complaints lodged on various stages on your customer support phone no. *) your replies to the same.. Respect ed sir/Madam. With regard to the above subject I being your customer serve you this final notice as under. *)That I along with my friend was planning trip to leh on ** th to **st may ****. To travel from my town to leh and back travel I was searching domestic flight booking online wherein i booked our flight tickets vide above mentioned reference numbers and payment for the same to the tune of rupees *****/_ in words rupees twenty four thousand four hundred forty four is immediately made through my credit card and you received the same. *) That immediately after you get entire payment from me, i received your phone call from your toll free number ( customer support number ) asking me to make another payment of rupees ****/ under the threat of confirmation of booked tickets and I twcely made above extra payment.Despite the entire payment with extra charges, i received next phone call from your office saying that my flight ticket s for delhi to leh to Delhi couldn't be processed further. Therefore we decided to cancel our entire trip. I immediately requested you to cancel all booking and refund total payment to me. As per my request you have cancelled my confirmed flight tickets of aurangabad- Delhi- Aurangabad also. As per the record concerned indigo airline has refunded entire booking amount of my tickets to you on *th and *fth March **** itself. *) In view of above you were under obligation to refund my money immediately however I don't receive any amount from your office. Therefore I made phone call to your office and requested to refund my money back to me as soon as possible and your office person told me that your request is registered for further action and you will get back your money within **-** days. I have also sent email to you and same reply has been received from you however inspite of repeated request and reminders i didn't receive money till date. *) You are therefore requested to refund my money at the earliest and within * days from today failing which I would be constrained to initiate criminal as well as civil action including consumer complaint against you and for the cost and consequences of the same you will be responsible. Prompt response at your end will be appreciated . Thanking you. Regards.

Regarding non refund of my cancelled air booking air Ticket :
With referenced to above subject .Ref no *)REF ********* *) REF *********. I called to INDIGO air line for my re fund they told me for ref no ********* they transfer to your agency i.e travolook rs ***** /- on dated *th march wide case no ********* and for *nd Ref no ********* INDIgo air line refund RS ****/- on date *th march wide case no ********* .But from your side not re fund me any amount till date .I making you humble request kindly refund my all amount as soon as possible . Otherwise I will initiate case with police and with other support.
