Flipkart - No refund issued for failed online transaction

On April *th ****, while trying to buy a tab from honour through the flipkart site, there was some error and I got redirected from the payment gateway. The order wasn't made and the item was still in the cart. A bank sms was received at the same time showing that the amount of ***** Rs was debited.
I waited for some days for the refund but didn't get any. I called the flipkart help desk and they said they dont have any details of an order made. I explained them that the order got cancelled itself and hence there are no order details and I told them about the transaction id. I sent multiple emails to the help desk and service manager and they denied the transaction. By May , we went to the hometown bank branch (SBI branch Mundakkayam, kottayam) and they issued a bank statement and clarified that the transaction was made.
Endless calls and emails were send to flipkart with the transaction details attached and everything went in vain. They denied any transaction in their reply emails. Finally doubting whether the bank is wrong we filed a complaint against the bank at the Ombudsman office. The case was closed today (**/**/****) and they cleared that the transaction was debited to flipkart.
I have already contacted flipkart in many ways you name them I have done them all..mails , phone call,message, Facebook and they were all in vain. It's been * months since this is been going on. Consumer complaint is my final hope.
