Booked a flight for Delhi to SFO (San Francisco Airport) but it was cancelled due to Covid travel ban by US. My ticket was refundable anyways, so I cancelled my flight. I asked Air India agent to cancel it & she did cancel it & further asked me to drop an email to ecommerce@airindia.co.in but they never acknowledged my email & I have still not received the refund. The customer care only responds that they will help you with your refund in **-** days but no response from ecommerce team since past * months.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
