Swiggy - No refund initiated

Amount of *** rupees was deducted from my account but order was not placed on **/**/****. Next day the transaction was complete and swiggy received the amount but the app showed no active refund status. I contacted swiggy thrice they said the refund is initiated and I will receive it in *-* days. When contacted for the fourth time they suddenly said that no amount was captured by them and that I should contact the bank. On contacting the bank twice and after the bank had investigated the matter, I was told on two seperate occasions that the beneficiary had received the payment and that the transaction was successful, on informing this to swiggy they were still adamant that they did not receive any amount and closed the thread.
