I had placed an order on **th Feb for valentine's day for my wife and payed **** and after that I got a mail from the concern company that our agent was not available to deliver the item and will get the refund within **-** days my entire day is gone as there is no proper information given on the site and only they are taking the amount after that no customer care number and no support from the team I send mail and no response them from there side.Simply taking amount I checked there site after that get to know that they are cheating and now also there website is fully active the order number is :***** I need my refund back
