I have to say that swiggy is worst with customer relations. They gave me a useless food with spillage and didn’t give me a refund and also not issue my report. I want my refund and from now I will not use swiggy as they are poor and useless. I must prefer zomato or uber eats as they resolve their issues quickly.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
