Yatra.com - No refund from the company

Proof of Incident_ComplainNo_********: For refund: really disappointed (This is the mail I wrote to the Yatra and still they did not refund the amount)

I have booked the UPSRTC Scania AC Bus with PNR **BTBBQ* from Firozabad to Noida on **/Jan/**** for journey date **/Jan/****. The bus was delayed by *-* hrs in the night and there was no update either from Yatra or UPSRTC. I tried to cancel the ticket from Yatra App but got the application mail failure. I was getting late and due to that, I boarded in two other Non AC ordinary bus. I have raised the refund request to Yatra with Incident/Complain No #********. After one week, I got the false update that the bus was on time and other people boarded on time from the same location. There was no other passenger from the same boarding point except me. If there they can ask from them also about the same. So here, As discussed on the call, I am attaching the PDF with all the proof regarding the same.
*. I tried calling the UPSRTC(***********) and after a long time. They received the call and gave me the Varanasi bus station contact number (**********) from where the bus started. When I called this number, they told that the bus was late by * hrs and gave me the bus conductor number (**********). I called to the conductor and he told that the bus will come by * am night instead of **:** pm night as it is delayed by *-*hrs.
