Swiggy - no refund for undelivered food

I ordered ice cream from Nic naturals, Varanasi through swiggy on **/**/**** on the occasion of Rakshabandhan. My order number is #************. The delivery guy was unable to find the address, irrespective of providing a full address. Soon he canceled the order stating that he tried contacting but was unable to reach out. Though he did not try calling via WhatsApp or emailing me and places like Varanasi have network issues usually. After a while, my order was canceled from the delivery guy's end and I was charged the full amount of the order as my cancellation fees. I was shocked and contacted customer service immediately and they told me that I would be charged in full because the delivery guy was not able to reach out to me. I was frustrated and asked for a full refund as they clearly making money out of the customer's pocket for all the mishappenings. I even asked them to reconsider the order or refund it as swiggy wallet money but they refused and not taking any responsibility. Being a customer I feel that I am scammed and would like to stop this practice of swiggy. I have the right to take my full refund amount as the order was not canceled from my side.
