I've booked flights via GoIbibo for the same day (May **th, ****) to and fro journey between Vijayawada and Hyderabad. Vijayawada to Hyderabad flight operated by SpiceJet was to start at *:** am on May **th, **** and the return flight from Hyderabad to Vijayawada, operated by Air India was to start at *:** pm on May **th, ****.
The SpiceJet flight got cancelled and there was no alternative flight to reach Hyderabad in meaningful time to be able to board the Air India return flight. I requested a refund of the entire trip as there was no way for me to reach Hyderabad. But GoIbibo only refunded the amount charged for the cancelled SpiceJet flight. I need a refund for the amount charged by Air India as well from GoIbibo as they were the one who provided a platform to book different flights for the same day trip. They've charged me money for the return flight and made money for themselves and for Air India but did not provide a way for me to reach Hyderabad to board the return flight.
