Shyam Maheshwari filed complaint against Zoomcar India Private Limited on Feb 5, 2021
I booked a car through Zoomcar App on *st Dec ****. However due to some reason I canecelled it in next ** mins. They took cancellation charges of Rs ***. That was written & acceptable. Booking Amount Rs **,***. However its *rd month, I have yet to receive my refund. No way to contact customer care saying -"No active bookinng". Mailed muliple times.
Now feeling helpless in how to get the refund.
Pl help.
