Cleartrip is not refunding amount for failed booking even though bank and intermediary ccAvenue is stating successful transfer to Cleartrip account. They are cheating customers. Customer service is pathetic and they do not help in case of any fault. Highly unprofessional service wouldn't book any further tickets as well as recommend others not to use their service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
