Yatra.com - No refund for cancelled ticket

I had booked a flight using yatra.com,delhi Singapore return flight, however the flight was cancelled by me for corona virus scare. Yatra offered a refund of *****, in my favor and I received an email regarding same on **th Feb, **** and it was mentioned in email that refund will be processed within *-*days. Till date refund has neither processed nor refunded. No reply to my emails on Yatra support. No Yatra phone number is working, all numbers not in use. Totally unprofessional by Yatra and pathetic services for customers who have been using Yatra for years now.
