I had booked tickets on **-**-**** for departure from Mumbai to Kolkata on flight G*-*** on **-**-**** with PNR S*EMYV. I got a call and email confirming the cancellation of the flight. I had tried to contact the airlines by phone several times which was always busy. I intimated the airlines about my choice for full refund more than ** hrs prior to the departure time.
The refund has not been processed even after ** days. I got no response both on phone and mail. There is no information regarding when will the refund be made.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
