Freakins India - No refund exchange received

I ordered from freakins during a sale and received a product that did not fit me kept trying to reach out to the customer service for the longest time for a replacement but did not receive a reply eventually the * day return window passed and then got a reply from them that they will help out and then they vanished again, so I filled a consumer complaint and received a call back from them and they said they will process the refund but again vanished since then I have dropped at least *-* emails and tried to call them as well but there is no response
