Freakins India - Request to Convert Gift Card Refunds to Bank Transfer Due to Product Discrepancy

I recently made several purchases on Freakins website, and unfortunately, the items I received did not match the images and descriptions displayed online. Not only did one item fall short of my expectations, but I’ve experienced similar issues with multiple products, affecting my confidence in making future purchases.
Initially, I was issued a gift card refund due to an error, even though I requested a direct bank transfer. I decided to use this gift card for another purchase to ensure the issue wasn’t a one-off. However, the new items I ordered were also disappointing and did not match my expectations. After returning these items, I was issued another gift card, leaving me with two gift cards that I cannot use confidently.
