Freakins India - My freakins order not delivered

I am writing to formally express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding an issue with a my recent order.Below are the details:

I placed the order on *th march **** today is **th march **** the status of the order every day since *th march showing oout of pick up and pick up exception i have not received my order and i have raised complaint through their google form query and i sent a mail to their official email id and their customer care number is not working despite trying all ways to reach them i have not received any response

I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and provide a resolution. Specifically, I would like to know:

The status of my order if the order cannot be delivered the status of my refund and the expected timeframe for it to appear in my bank account.
