Culture circle - No Refund Exchange Provided

I placed an order with Culture Circle and received the product, however upon delivery I noticed a clear sizing issue, specifically that the sleeves of the hoodie were excessively long and unwearable. I raised this concern promptly on * January via email. For several days after my first complaint, I received no response despite sending multiple follow-up emails. During this period, I also attempted to contact Culture Circle multiple times through WhatsApp, which is promoted as a customer support channel, but received either automated replies or no response at all. After a prolonged delay, I was informed that only a size exchange for the same product was possible. I agreed to proceed with this in good faith. Later, a representative took ownership of my case and assured me in writing that the incorrect order status showing “In Transit” would be corrected within ** hours, that the exchange would be processed, and that reverse pickup would be arranged within *–* hours. Despite these clear commitments, none of the promised actions were carried out. The order status remains incorrect, no reverse pickup has been scheduled, no exchange confirmation has been provided, and there has been complete silence despite further follow-ups by email and WhatsApp. It has now been more than nine days since my initial complaint and several days since explicit assurances were given, yet no resolution or communication has been provided, causing continued frustration and inconvenience.
