We have done return request of the product and initially the ekart guy came and told his app is not working. And after that the return request keep on cancelling. After so many tickets to Myntra and after *-*week on creating many return requests the delivery guy came and took the product. But now Myntra is saying they have not received the product and keep on cancelling the return request and shows as product delivered and not returning the money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
