Hi,
I booked my ticket via Cleartrip from Malaysian airlines from New Delhi to Adelaide. There was mistake in *nd passenger name and on reaching out to Malaysian airlines they confirmed that name can be corrected within ** hours of booking, but Cleartrip has to reach out to them.
Cleartrip lingered on my request for many days and then came back with a reply that correction cannot be made. On asking for proof of their conversation with Malaysian airlines, they have not been able to provide any concrete proof, but just a screenshot of an email, which does not show on what date and day this mail was sent.
Now cleartrip is asking me to cancel the booking with * refund. The booking cost me almost * lakh rupees.
