I had done a Booking with Zoomcar on **-**-**** vide Booking ID # JPS*NGJ*J and paid ₹ **,*** for scheduled Car Rental Service from **-**-** to **-**-****.Due to Covid-** scenario, I had cancelled the Booking well in advance on **-**-**** and refund as per there Cancellation policy after deduction of ₹ ***/- for ₹ **,***/- was to be credited within ** days as the payments done through Credit Card.Since Day *, I have been chasing and following Zoomcar, but they have failed to comply with all the Dates of Refund promised by them on Several Occasion. As per process/polices of Zoomcar I should have received the refund by **-**-****, however I was informed that it was delayed due to Coivd-** and refund shall happen by Jun'** end. Then after reminding and chasing them for ** days they said it will take * weeks to process refund & I again got another date of July End. This is the *rd Failure to comply with their own commitment. Sir I had made the payment through credit card and since the Bank in Charging Interest on the amount due and I cannot Make the payment myself as the Refund will be processed directly to the Card. I have written to them on mails, had conversation on calls & even reached them on Twitter but they are doing nothing for my refund from past ** Days. Request your assistance in getting my money refunded immediately. I have been harassed Financially & Mentally during such tough times of Covid-** pandemic. Would be grateful to you. I have been sending constant reminders, however every time there is single response to provide refund asap.
