I have booked a round trip domestic flight yesterday, to which I have only received confirmation for one way flight. I have my booking for tomorrow morning but there isn't any confirmation, neither i got any refund for the same. I have tried calling the customer support and also mailed them, but there is no reponse from Yatra.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
