Dheeraj Datir filed complaint against Hathway boradband on Sep 8, 2020
Since last *months (**March **** to **June ****)as per the **mbps plan I had taken the subscription of Rs-**** /- (***Gb) data.
But the speed is very poor its showing *.*mbps not able to browse and also not able to work.I have raised ** request in last *months also in last month I was facing same issue.And also I have been charged *** extra for Installation.That should be free if I have take *months plan.The connection wire also has not been installed properly its hanging in my neighbours compound he has complained many times that If the wire is not take up and tied he will cut down the wire I have called the technicians no response from him.
Now they have I raised complaint against me that I have not submitted the their device. I will submit the device only after I get my refund back. Because no proper communication from Hathway team I had mailed also but still no response. Now they have asked me to submit their device but I told their provider I will submit the device only after when I get my refund back.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
