IBOHAL KOIJAM filed complaint against Goibibo on Aug 4, 2020
I have booked flight ticket before lockdown for my family (Air India) using goibibo app. I have written the email to Air India about the refund. Air India people is telling that they can not do anything about this, I should ask to booking agent. I tried to call goibibo customer care number and to send email they did not provide any response.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
