Marq By Flipkart - No Proper respense on REFRIGIRATOR ISSUE

I purchased a fridge form marq brand. it was under * year waranty and * years warranty on compressor.
After nearly *.* years the compressor stoped working and when contacted I was told that no spare parts are available so they will take the fridge back and will give **% refund. On mail I denied to accept the refund and to make the spare parts available but I got same mail back again station that the product is out of waranty.
