I have taken a new ACT Blaze fibernet connection at Chandra Layout Bangalore on **rd May ****. From the day of connection, there is no power backup when power goes which is supposed to be there for * hours after power goes. I have raised close to ** tickets till now and reopened them numerous times. Still they do not fix the issue by installing a battery. The so called "Technicians" close the tickets without resolving the issue every evening. They don't call the customer and check if the issue is resolved.
Everyday I again call the customer care and waste my * hour explaining the problem and they ask me to wait for * hours when I will get a call back from supervisor or technician. Nobody calls but closes the ticket.
This is repeating from * month now.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
