Individual - no payment by customer

A costomer by name Arshpreet Singh Arora stayed at my hotel Siolim Suites Goa from **Oct** to **Oct**, but failed to make payment of Rs. ***** and absconded the property without informing along with the apartment keys. After repeated follow ups guest failed to return the keys of the apartment and hence I had to replace all the locks worth Rs. ***** for the safety of my other guests. I have complete details of the booking as it was pay at hotel booking made on online platform and also the Aadhar details of the customer and complete whatsapp communication.

I would like to claim a total of

***** Booking Amount
***** for lock replacement
- **** advance payment

That is ***** + Judicial cost from the guest.
