My device has been changed * Time in * month, yet the speed is not more then ** mbps in the plan of ***mbps.
Not even able to do office work , simple streaming of videos is not possible.
Raised ** Tickets at least , which they close on their own, without any resolution.
Even when they call, they disconnect the call as soon as I tell them the issue or once they disconnect in midway when I was describing the issue. And then immediately close the ticket without resolution.
Excitel is a fraud company . Please refund my money for the * month plan i.e. ****, take your device back and refund the device charges i.e. **** as well ASAP.
Excitel is not at all trustworthy.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
