Hi Team ,
Today am reaching here for two issues (Mobile Number: **********)
*. No Internet services provided for recharged amount
*. Plan has been revoked before expiry date and barred the incoming outgoing calls.
Recharge summary:
On march *th, ****: recharged for ** rs pack( Transaction id **********) with validity ** days which is expected to expire on April *th(** days).
On march **th, ****: recharged for *** rs internet pack( Transaction id **********) with validity of current pack that is **rs pack.
Issues :
*. On march **th , **** complaint was raised that internet is not working and every **-** mins there is a drop and working after **-** mins , till date the issue was not resolved and my *** rs internet pack was waste of money .
*. **rs recharge pack which was expected to expire on April *th has expired before ** days , which is very earlier incoming and outgoing were barred also it lead to stoppage internet (from day* internet was working to some extent and after removal **rs pack the total internet was stopped)
So now am cheated in both ways that is Internet access was revoked and Incoming and outgoing was also barred , I had reached the Airtel Appallete , twitter team , *** team none of had given resolution . everyone is saying your package is expired and recharge to use the service , why i had to recharge ?
am completely cheated by airtel and am seeking compensation for time , money waste . am attaching all the proofs for your reference
