On thursday I raised a complaint that there is no internet service and raised a ticket. Its been * days no acknowledgement of the incident and no one contacted to fix the issue even after calling the customer service daily. And the only answer I get is today we will resolve. But no calls about this issue getting fixed or resolved. It really frustated to see no resolution for this and no timeline to fix this issue and no communication as well. For past * days waiting just someone would give a call and resolve this issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
