Hi,
I have recharged to Jio prepaid number * days back since then there is no internet in my mobile and when i tried to reach Jio customer today, they simply saying its network congestion issue in your area eventhough i informed its global issue for me but she never minded about it, never raised a complaint and went on mute. Later disconnected the call without any assistance. Kindly raise complaint against Jio for such worst service after getting money for service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
