There is no internet connection for ** days. Had raised online complains that get closed without fixing the issue. Call centres are not available. I tried calling them the whole day and they put u in hold. Some day they pick and say will transfer to engineers, who don't even help and cut the calls abruptly. In this pandemic situation, what options do we have? I have made an advance payment of * months & they don't have the courtesy to inform us of the issue and give a timeline. Without a proper Wifi connection, how are we going to work from home? Please help me address my issue to the concerned person to resolve it as soon as possible. Our jobs are at stake here.
