You Broadband - No internet for past 2 months and no response from isp

I have a you bb connection and for the past * months its not been working. I have contacted the cus care for numerous times but nothing productively has been done yet. I get the template well rehearsed reply of "you will get a call back within *-* working hours", I am yet to get one callback(after * months). And the best part is the chennai line of you bb wont even pick up the call (tried caling numerous times). I have paid for the internet in advance.
