This is suyash agrawal, yesterday I applied for Hathway connection for *year and paid amount ****. Today morning **th June **** technical person came to my home and fixed modem and told me that it will start working by *pm and I'll get a call from hathway. But till now my connection is not activated and when I m trying then getting no internet connection msg. I called so many times to office staff name suri babu and sandhya and also messaged them so many times. But they have shown their very irresponsible behavior by not attending any calls and not responded to any messages. I have not seen such type of irresponsible behavior from any service providers. Is this a way to treat the customers? Before making connection they themselves called me so many times for getting connection but once I paid and become customer then no one is responding. I want some serious actions must be initiated for such type of irresponsible persons.
My account id is **********. Till now my internet connection is not activated. Kindly acknowledge me what to do. I paid for the services and i am not getting services. I really frustrated. Do the need ful.
