I am unable to browse internet since *th August. My previous service requests were closed without any resolution. Last service request raised by me on **th August is still open, SR ********W****** . I've prepaid the bill for * months of Internet, now it feels like all the money lost. I've called numerous times in customer care number of Hathway. Everytime, every day they assured the issue will be resolved by that day. Now I'm frustrated and hopeless. My Hathway account number is **********, city Mumbai.
