There is frequent internet disconnection, and no one to help, I tried no. Of time to reach to Tikona help care but no answer. I work from home required internet on daily basis that's why Paid full amount in advance. The local guy who first came for installation don't pick the call at all. I have already email to company number of time but they didn't do anything. I just wanted to complain for Tikona pathetic service. This company once take the amount from customer then no internet and no one to solve that issue. The wifi router given by company worst quality, after every interruption in electricity the wifi won't work for *-* hours. I have inverter and battery for backup of electricity. But still issue is same
