Air India - no information provided

i had a ticket for dubai from delhi on **th september. i reached IGI T* at around *pm. there i went on counter F as mentioned for my boarding. over there it was a long queue and i reached the boarding counter at *pm just to be informed that i can't take the flight as i dont have the rapid pcr test even thou i had rt pcr test report. they told me that it will take atleast one hour for the report and i am late. so they will not allow me to board. i was standing there in a queue for *hrs but only to be informed that i cant board as i didn't have the rapid test result. No one told me or informed me about the same in two hours. even there was around ** to ** staff member present at the counter.
