while availing a loan from the axis bank, the bank has not provided the loan agreements which were signed by my mother.
the bank is now on repeated requests denying the providing the letters / agreements / courier details.
tha bank has signed on behalf of the co-borrower of the loan and processed the loan. This was unknown for a couple of years and when it was noticed the bank harassed and threatened both the loan holder / co borrower to keep quiet else they would spoil their name and even gave legalities to prove that they could harass them to their entire life.
i, the loan borrowers son, with a authorization letter, urge the consumers forum to highlight this and bring the documents to us so that we can highlight the fraud done by the bank employees of axis bank
the recovery Agents too were harassing and threatening my mother who was old and not healthy
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
