FreshMenu - No food and no refund waiting for a month

Mahesh Ramakrishna filed complaint against FreshMenu on Apr 25, 2019

Tried to place an order. They just took the money on *th April but no order placed. I have paid * times for my order via Google pay. I have paid ***.** multiplied by *. I still have no confirmation. Their system is cheating customers for their money. I need my money back asap. Please find below my details of UPI ID.
*st payment @ *th April **:** hrs is ************ - Amount ***.**

*nd payment @ *th April **** hrs is ************ -Amount ***.**

The total amount that needs to be refunded to my bank account is ****.**. Today is **th April I send the details to them on *th April. No reverts yet. Why do they cheat their loyal customers?
