I placed an order on Freshmenu app on **th July which was supposed to be delivered by *:**PM. Nothing was delivered and I have * screenshots (one around **pm on **th and the other one from **th morning) which says order is being prepared. I sent both these to Freshmenu helpdesk but havent heard back from them.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
