FreshMenu - Food item not delivered

I ordered from freshmenu for * rice bowls and trial mid. I paid the whole amount, at the time of delivery , delivery person that trail mix was not available with the restaurant your money will be refunded for the same. I didnt receive any update from those fraud people. I tried calling customer support around *-* times . And waited for **-** mins on call each time. No one actually picks up. You are always in queue. I called once , it said you are number one on queue around **-** mins later i told my friend to call again while i was stilll waiting , it said you are number * in queue. As soon as i cancelled my call my friend was number * but then again for next ** mins no one picked up. It is a fraud company. I even mailed *-* times no one replied.
