Dear Mr Sougata,
Thanks for you cooperation.
You have committed that after making payment, you will issue the No due certificate within **days.
It is very unfortunate that you have not provided till date the No due certificate instead of making full payment of the above loan.
When I have requested the same you have told the it will take time and no commitment rather you Have told-"Whatever you want to do that ,do that."
I could not expect the language you have used as an officer of the Axis Bank.
