I have ordered rakhi and chocolates for my brother on **th aug **** from blooms villa online website.
Delivery address was Bhanpura Madhya Pradesh.
Delivery date was **th aug and still the package is not delivered yet.
No one is resolving the complaints.
Order is prepaid.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
