Blooms villa - My order was delivered don t receive any callz

I had placed a cake order on blooms villa on **th July ****, my order got confirmed too, but I didnot receive any confirmation msg, email or any tracking id so that I could check the status of my parcel. On **th July **** morning they msg saying the delivery address was too far, I have called them more ** times and no response with regards to my refund.
Pathetic service, firstly if the delivery address was too far then why did they confirm my order on the first place, secondly - after continuous calling and emails - they send a email saying sorry we can’t .
