I had placed an order amount of Rs.***.** yesterday I.e. on **.**.**** from Blooms Villa and same was scheduled to be delivered at mentioned address on **.**.**** between *am to ** pm.Full amount of Rs.***.** got deducted and I got the confirmation of my order with order ID BV********.
However, today i.e. on **.**.**** at **.** am I received an email from BLooms villa support regarding non availability of my selected product.At the end moment they are informing me about its unavailability which has ruined my entire plan for the day.
Moreover, they have provided contact no *********** on their site as well in email that remains busy all the time.
Furthermore,they are charging cancellation fee for refund despite their own mistake.
Kindly file a complaint against Bloom Villa and arrange my refund of my full amount at the earliest.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
