I am a seller and ship products through xpressbees through shiprocket. They didn't even tried to deliver my shipment AWB ************* and updated as RTO where they charged me for reverse logistics. I kept on calling and writing them but no one responded. I have evidence of custumer chat.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
