Myprotein India - No Delivery and no refund

I ordered Impact whey protein isolate from Myprotein on July **th, ****. order no- *********, worth Rs ****. This order was not delivered to me. On the tracking website by Delhivery, I could see that my order was listed as "Not Picked by the shipper". I contacted the customer service of Myprotein through the website and they told me a refund has been initiated and I will receive it within ** days. On August **th I made another order for ISO Pro Whey protein order no-*********, worth Rs ****. Meanwhile, I contacted the customer service that it had been more than ** days and I hadn't received my refund for the initial order, they told me to wait for a couple of days. I have contacted them multiple times since then and every time they told me to wait a couple of days. My second order was supposed to arrive latest by **th August **** according to site. But it was never delivered and on the Delhivery site, I can see it is listed as waiting for pickup. I have contacted Myprotein about this order as well and once again they told me to wait for a couple of days. There have been no updates since. I keep contacting them and they make false promises to wait for a couple of days.
